We are a service business and we do not entertain returns and cancellation once your order is confirmed.
If at all you want to cancel, then we reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee of minimum Rs. 50 for the service given for dellivery as well as for the food delivered.
However, in case of cancellation due to food package spoiled or damaged by us, missing food items, wrong food products, we will not charge you anything for the cancellation.
Exceptional circumstances when cancellation is permitted:
1. Food package is damaged or food spilled over.
2. When food is out of stock, wrong delivery address, phone & email not reachable (in this case Food Morung reserves the right to cancel your order).
It will take between 5 and 21 days for the refund amount to reflect in your your (customer’s) bank account. In case of Netbanking transactions, certain government banks may take some more days.
But be assured, it will be refunded to you with a deducted amount of 5% as refund cancellation fee.
